Questions

Which banks does StmtSnap support?

Any bank whose statement is a text PDF with date, narration, debit/credit and balance columns, including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis and Kotak. Every conversion is checked against the balances printed on the statement, so a layout that didn't read cleanly shows up before you download. If your bank fails, email us a description of the layout.

How do I convert a bank statement PDF to Excel?

Open the PDF in StmtSnap. Text PDFs are converted in your browser; you see the rows and the balance check, then download Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Paid plans add Tally XML, QuickBooks QBO and Zoho CSV from the same file. Nothing to install.

Can I export bank statements to Tally XML?

Yes, on the Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans. The file imports into TallyPrime and Tally ERP 9 through Import Vouchers, with no plugin or TDL.

How many pages can I convert for free?

15 pages a month, with no card. Paid plans start at ₹1,399 or $15 a month for 500 pages.

Is my bank statement uploaded anywhere?

Text PDFs are not: they are opened and converted in your browser. A scanned PDF has no text to read, so its pages are sent to Google Gemini; we show a notice first and send nothing unless you continue. Google's free tier may use that content to improve its products. We never store the PDF itself.
